Istueta roofing has been my go to roofer now for well over 15 years. They replaced my roof once and have done repairs on several occasions. Their trustworthy, on time, fairly priced and great communicators. Nothing but good things to say about them. Miami has way too many shady characters. This is definitely not one of those. They can be trusted.
Clean, fast, professional. Quality work. Easy to work with. The wood decking showing was replaced and painted. Beams were cleaned and painted. Gutter was replaced and installed better than before. 1 1/2” of foam added for insulation that’s installed so you don’t know it’s there. Flat, to the edges and flush at the transition to the roof. This was a one day job for them. Painting and gutters were done the next week. Most of the trash was gone by the first day. What was left was bagged for pickup by them neatly and picked up. Permitting was fast, passing inspection with no problems. Big company with lots of equipment and manpower.
