Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop is a family owned South Florida based bakery specializing in pies, cakes, cheesecakes, cookies and one-of-a-kind desserts. We bake everything in-house, using fresh, locally-sourced, high-quality ingredients.
This place is delicious!!! The pies are delicious and there is a wide selection. Service is quick and polite. I love this place and will be coming back. Skip dessert at the restaurant and get it at Fireman Derek’s!
Delicious cheesecakes and sweets! We tried coconut custard, cookie monster, and red velvet - all were fluffy and just right. The cheesecakes doesn’t taste as heavy as NY cheesecake or as light as Japanese style; but somehow falls in between and just right. Recommend if you’re in the area!
BEST. CHEESECAKE. IN. MIAMI. Hands down. Definitely worth trying. My favorite is the NY style. The guava cookie is amazing too!
