My spouse and I tried 1111 Nikkei for the first time today. We live in the area and decided to go on a lunch date. We arrived at 12 PM, when they open, and were the first folks there. The food was outstanding and came out quickly. We had the lomo saltado spring rolls, bao buns, tuna acevchiado roll, and the carretillero ceviche. Everything was great (spring rolls were especially good). We will be here again. Highly recommend.

This place is extraordinary, since discovering it my mom and I have become regulars. The food here us so delicious!!! The plates are creative, tasty, and you can tell they use fresh quality ingredients. The sushi rolls are made to perfection! The ceviche is to die for as well.

We have driven by this restaurant a couple times and kept saying we need to try it out. We finally came tonight and the food did not disappoint ! Our server was a sweet girl who was very attentive to us and helped us pick good rolls. First they gave us each a complimentary shrimp shumai , and it was so delicious. Then we started with the Hamachi Tiradito and the fried dumplings. I love finding a place that has fresh tasting Tiradito with just the perfect amount of sauce. I also love that you can do half orders of the sushi so we ordered half tuna acevichado which had sweet potato flakes at the top of it , such a perfect mix of textures in this roll. Then we got half of the Nibui Truffle Maki roll. This had more of a deeper flavor with the sauce on top. Both hit the spot! Then we ended with some tacu tacu and moved on to dessert. We had their Peruvian version of arroz con leche and it was prob my favorite type! Not mushy and so tasty. This is definitely being added to my list for whenever I'm in the mood for sushi/nikkei!!
